4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, graphics, and other materials created and supplied by GeniusBoxIdols in connection with your project remain the property of GeniusBoxIdols until payment for services has been made in full. Upon full payment, you shall receive a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for the intended purpose.

5. Payment Terms

Payments for services are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month. GeniusBoxIdols reserves the right to withhold services until payment is received.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel their services with at least a 48-hour notice for a full refund of any unutilized services. No refunds will be issued for completed work or if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the service date.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GeniusBoxIdols be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenues, arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeniusBoxIdols and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
